On last December 2022, Cocologi team were doing monthly quality inspection to our co-factory at Gresik, East Java. We have long term exclusive contract with them to supply Sawdust Charcoal Briquettes in the next 1 year for our Saudi Arabia customer. In first 3 months, we expect to deliver 2x40ft containers, and start from March, we will increase our capacity to 3x40ft containers with full focus on grade A to C.
The inspection began first by checking the sawdust raw material quality and availability for 3 months production. We make sure, the trees type, origin of place, and the sawdust size are inline with our customer qualification and specification. Then, we move on into the molding process and oven line. This is where the briquettes are being made, and heat up to achieve the grade that we want.

After that, we check the packaging process where each layer of the box is filled up with mix up of grade A to E. Each grade has its own hardness, burning time, and length specification. Approximately, 2,700 box are filled up within 1x40ft containers. Near the packaging process, we check the ignition time, burning time, and the ashes colors.

Last, our team, Mr Nobuo, and Gresik Head Factory, Pak Tino, were checking quality and quantity of random box. We measure the composition of each grade inside one box. We precisely check the weight and length of each grade. Next, we will update about the delivery time of these 2 containers! Stay tune.
